“The
Blessing of Our Lord”
“The LORD gave Solomon wisdom, just as
he had promised him. There were peaceful relations between Hiram
and Solomon, and the two of them made a treaty.” 1 Kings 5:12 NIV |
The
Lord Blessed Solomon with Wisdom and His Wisdom led to His peace, and
His peace led to Thanks Giving, and Thanks Giving led to the building
of the Temple, building the Temple led to Glorifying God, and God blessed
Solomon and His people again. To see first hand the Blessing of the Lord,
please read 1 Kings 5:12 through Chapter 8. The Lord was truly at work
in Solomon and He is truly at work in each one of us.
No, we are not building
a Temple like Solomon did, but we are building a place of Worship. A Place,
where people meet the “One and Only True God” and receive
“Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior”. There have been some
changes to the Bethel at Edgewood Church of God. The Stained Glass Windows
are in and they are something to see. Fourteen Windows each telling the
Life Story of Jesus Christ.
How does this help what God is doing at Edgewood
Church of God?
The
new Stained Glass Windows gives us all the opportunity to invite some
to Edgewood Church and to see first hand the Blessing of the Lord. And
that they too can receive the Blessing of the Lord also. They will come
if you invited them.
