16th (Thursday) 7 pm - Young at Heart. Meeting in the Parsonage

19th (Sunday) 6 pm Kick-off for the Winebrenner Theological Seminary Fund Raiser. A special presentation from Pastor Dennis Koontz.  Refreshments will be served following

20th (Monday) 7 pm - Council Meeting

OCTOBER

1st (Friday) “Fall Festival of Music” – Senior Life Fellowship at Doubling Gap Center. The church van will be leaving the parking lot at 8:45 AM promptly.  Tickets for the event cost $14.  (includes the Camp’s Chicken BarBQ and special musical by Mr. Karl Hausman, “the Piano Man”) Sign up now to reserve your seat in the van!

3rd (Sunday) World Wide Communion Sunday. Communion during the 10 & 11 am services

10th (Sunday) 7 pm - Ordinance Service. Holy Communion & Feet Washing

21st (Thursday) 5:30 pm – 4th Annual Chicken Curry Dinner. This is a “Young at Heart” fundraiser to assist families in need at Christmas. The meal includes Chicken Curry (some is made without the curry powder) rice, coleslaw, applesauce, rolls and assorted desserts and drinks. Please mark your calendars and come enjoy a dinner and know you are supporting a worthy cause
